Hi everyone, glad to see November check-in has started. I have a few new workouts to explore but will have to ease back in as I am not 100% well yet. I think the best start will Barlates walks and some of those that have toning. Itβs so easy to modify these up or down, use equipment or not, make them dancey/athletic or not. Cathe will have to wait a little longer.
1st - 25 min walk and XTFMax stretch

The 2nd was a start but I didnβt enjoy the workouts with a cough that wonβt quit. The doctor says there are strange respiratory things going on this spring but keep walking. I did Barlates, Metcon workout 4 and Strength Express workout 4 plus a 15 min walk. Sun 3rd 25 min walk and Core De Force stretch.
Karla, looks like itβs going well with the male instructors. I tend to bypass them even though they are fun, but itβs an interesting plan.
I think we have a cheeky little gremlin in the system Fatkat that seemingly once in a while spirits away our posts.

Tonight was Modified Warrior again. My husband wanted to move some furniture around so that ate up my day. π
Seagreen - my son had atypical bacterial pneumonia. The antibiotics definitely helped. If I canβt get antibiotics, Iβll personally turn to oregano oil. Hope you kick the count soon.
Karla - I just sent my sister the Eoin Finn Happy Hips. For some reason, I had an extra copy. We were just talking about the All Downhill. π

Oops. Been busy playing Dragon Age Veilguard to post LOL. Been walking quite a bit on the tread. I've got a goal to try and walk 20 min every day cause I've been a bit of a lazy ass here lately, so getting up and getting a few steps in everyday is a good idea.
Esp now that Veilguard is out. Cause being a gamer, all I want to do is sit and play.

seagreen01, I usually bypass them too! That's why I decided to dedicate a month to them. I feel badly about just having DVDs sitting on a shelf for months or years on end, so I'm coming up with rotations to use them.
FatKat, All Downhill wasn't my favorite practice. I like Easy Street. One of these days, I'm going to work up the courage to do the full practice instead of the shorter ones.
Rhonda, it's good to see you again :-) And yes, getting in a few steps every day is a good thing.
4th was Gilad Tone Every Inch and this afternoon was Hatha Yoga with David Procyshyn: A 30-Minute Class for the Shoulders 5th Max Strom 45-minute practice. He gives some excellent form pointers.

Trying to post more often. 25 min walk today, followed by a little stretching. I need to stretch more than I do cause man I just feel so tight ALL THE TIME.
