I tried a workout that Iβve had forever but just never got to it:Β WHFN FitPrime Lower Body Burn. It was nice and easy workout. I got several back cracking adjustments during it so that was good. π
Iβm still working on a few home fix-it projects. π

Thanks for the replies Fatkat and Karla, very helpful.
My usual walking every day plus Sun finally managed a workout, Body Pump original. This workout always energises me and I went a little lighter in weight to ease back in. Perfect in Ten stretch 3 sections.

Perfect in Ten is one of my favorites. I used to do it on almost a daily basis.
Today was Freed Warrior with Rudy Mettia. It has a hip opening focus. It's different from other hip opening practices that I have, and I enjoyed the workout. Rudy gives some good form pointers.
FatKat, I got some good cracking adjustments in Freed Warrior which I really needed. My hips and lower back are very tight.

Fatcat, Thanks! I'm looking forward to doing a Sadhana so I can get all my yoga in. I will have to check out the back pain video you posted. Putting up all these Christmas decorations and lifting my senior German shepherd is making my back sore.
Today was Exhale Core Fusion: Arms & Abs. I only did the weighted arms and the stretch for a 20-minute workout. Have so much to do!
