I havenβt checked in lately as there is nothing to report, only walks and half hearted ones at that. I am still coughing. There is whooping cough, pneumonia and a couple of other nasty respiratory things lurking in my region. Last night I finally slept through and I feel a little better this morning so I will attempt something later today. There is always a walk if I fail to fire. Glad to see everyone reporting workouts.

I have nothing to report as well. I decided on a rest day on Thursday, and yesterday I fell completely asleep. Maybe today, but Iβm planning on yard max.

Sometimes you just need to sleep. I've not slept good for more than a week, but I finally got a good night sleep last night and feel so much better. I did take Thur and Fri off cause I was just to dang tired to do anything.

Seagreen, I hope the walking and fresh air help you get over that cough!
FatKat & rhbrand, it sounds like you both needed a rest. I wish my pups would let me sleep. Up at 2am last night with Buddy. He always has to go in the wee hours of the morning. At 3am my senior wanted to go outside, and about 4 they decided they were hungry. I managed to sneak in a long nap today.
8th was Rehab Your Body at Home with JB Berns I did both the A & B hip and knee workouts. Combined, I got in about 30-minutes.
11/9 Cuts & Curves with Gilad. I always get excited when I see a Gilad workout in a thrift store. I buy it, bring it home and then don't reach for it, so I'm glad to do this rotation. I enjoyed the variety in this workout. The time passed quickly! This evening wasA.M. Yoga for Your Week with Rodney Yee. I did the Forward Folds practice.
10th Core & More with Gilad. This was a good ab workout β€οΈ

After moving furniture and yard max yesterday, I was sore today especially my forearms. Today I decided on just Modified Warrior.

Tonight was Yee Power Yoga Flexibility. I always forget how much I love this one even though his cueing is off. I needed the spinal twisting he likes to do.
Karla, Rhbrand, and Seagreen - I hope you gets much rest as you need. Seems like weβve all got a case of the blahs.

Today was a short Easy Shaper Total Body Transformation with Tony Little & a 20-minute Night yoga practice with Jason Crandall. Still a bit run down. I think in part because of the rainy weather.

This morning was WeedMax. Tonight was Exercise TV Fat Burning Cardio with Michael Carson. I liked the 20-minute workout since it was cardio & abs.

Youβve enabled me to purchase a copy of Modified Warrior. Are there any other practices in the set that you recommend? I prefer gentler yoga. Iβm finding it hard to stay motivated, but I managed Pilates in the City with Jonathan Urla.

16th Kundalini Yoga for Memory & Magnetism with Akasha. The 10-minutes of shoulder raises were hard. My shoulders will be feeling it tomorrow. I love the music in this practice. Jai-Jagdeesh has a beautiful voice. Here are a couple of her songs: Long Time Sun & Jai-Jagdeesh sings Aad Guray Nameh at Sat Nam Fest 2011 I purchased one of her CD's to listen to while driving. It's wonderful.
