I am SO TIRED ya'll The massive amount of antihistamines I've been taking for my allergic reaction to clindamycin has got me exhausted. Thank goodness I can start weaning off them tomorrow. I took a nap today cause I couldn't keep my eyes open. But I also managed to get up and do a 30 min walk.

Glad your ordeal is almost over!

I started my monthly Firm journey today. I had hoped to start yesterday but had too many errands and chores. I managed to get my Halloween decorations out. I've ordered some Halloween solar lights to put in front of the house. Can't wait to get them!

I've been struggling. I NEVER want to have to take prednisone ever again. I've had so many side effects. Anxiety, rapid heart rate, hunger, a little fuzzy eyes. Thank goodness I tapered to half dose today and tomorrow and then I'm done. I managed a 30 min walk today.

Hi everyone. I finished last month off with a couple of upper body workouts only, due to my sore toe. I have to be more careful and stop derailing myself with injuries. The sore toe is almost better and Iβm off to a reasonable start with more upper body workouts.
1st - 20 min walk and Jessica Smith - Deep Stretch 2nd - Core Secrets - Upper Body Challenge 3rd - Barlates - Metcon - Cardio Sculpt (lower body focus) it was low impact. 4th - Cathe LITE - Strong Body Stacked Sets Upper
Rhbrand, hoping you have a much better month. Karla, enjoy your FIRM month. I must get back to some FIRMS soon,

Change your toothbrushes too! 9th The Firm Upper Body Split. I didn't like this workout the first time I tried it a few years ago. I almost gave it away. I'm glad I kept it because I liked it a lot today :-) 10th 30-minute Essentrics

Time is flying, spring cleaning and renovating I managed to have a good few days without foot pain. 5th - 20 min walk and Jessica Smith Deep Stretch 6th- Barlates Cardio Strength Arms 7th- 30 min walk + KV Pure and Simple Stretch + Spin Holland 20mins 8thβ¦β¦β¦. 9th- Barlates Walk and Sculpt Upper +15 min walk 10th- KCM RAW Kickbox 11th- Laura Wells PHA 45 mins, love this workout and it is good to be doing a full body workout. No problems Yay!

Today was Yoga Short Forms, 15. Iβm off balance and fell over in one pose, but all is ok.

Sorry I've not been checking in. Tried to really reduce my internet time this week. I was being online way to much so I thought it was time to cut way WAY back Anyway, I've been doing some weight training and a lot of walking. Found a place that has posted some workouts from Booty by Bret from back in 2018 and 2019 and I downloaded them. Gonna try those for a couple months to see how they are.

Rhbrand - I like to take internet breaks, too!
After last nightβs falling debacle, I decided to try a new-to-me workout Jessica Smith Gentle Yoga for Back Pain and Prevention, workout 1. I canβt imagine doing this one with actual back pain, but itβs very gentle. I just found that there are lots of transitions between standing, sitting, floor, and lying supine that might be a challenge when my black is flared up. I do like the workout though and Iβve loved Jessicaβs music in all of hers that Iβve done. Iβll try the second half tomorrow.

Glad everyone is on the mend and feeling better :-)
I've been doing a lot of yard work. It's 5:00 and I'm already ready to hit the hay. So tired. I've been planting flowers and weeding. It was so hot & humid here this summer that I got behind on my yard work. I don't do well in the heat for very long.
Yesterday was just a 20-minute YouTube stretch with Cheryl. Today was the Firm Tortoise. It felt good to work up a sweat. Only problem was I did it right after walking the dogs and forgot to bring in a bottle of water. I was afraid to stop and get a bottle because I might've plopped down on the couch instead of finishing the workout.
