Still having sciatica issues so did Power Yoga for Happiness with Eoin Finn. I did the Magical Hips practice. This evening I did a seated stretch with Cheryl. Iβm going to focus on workouts that donβt have cardio for a few more days.

Yep, my sub started right away. And no, I generally don't get lonely. I am very much an introvert and I was 11 year younger than my next youngest sibling so I was almost raised alone. I'd spend all day either on my horse riding all over the farm, or in my room reading. I'm breaking myself in my getting back to walking a lot. Tomorrow I'm going to try a "never done it before" Cathe on Demand.

Just a quick hello. I thought I was on the path to a full week of exercise but find myself unexpectedly away from home visiting family. I have done a long walk with Lucky my dog who came with us. Hopefully another walk today.
Fatkat sorry to read your son is still the same. Hoping for improvement very soon. Karla the stretch was lovely on my big screen in the lounge room with the beautiful outdoor scenery Kat always has. I wasnβt expecting to use the yoga block for back of head support but it felt ok. I hate the nagging pain of sciatica, hope you are feeling relief quickly. rhbrand have fun starting the new to you workouts.

Today was the Firm Sculpt-ilates which is great for loosening up tight hamstrings or the lower back. I followed it with the 20-Minute Yoga Makeover for legs with Sarah Ivanhoe.
Hope everyone is doing okay :-) FatKat, please keep us updated.

Karla - sciatica is the worst!! I hope you feel better soon!
I planned on doing Firm The Hare today. I have a cut on the bottom of my foot so I tried No Om Zone, lower body today. I need to do the whole thing instead of just a section. It had twists at the end and I really donβt like doing lying twists on the floor when cold. I could maybe see this section being used as a stretch after running, for example. I will try again.

yesterday was My Body of Work Vol. 1 Prog. A with Margaret Richard. It's a gentler practice than the Firm. I also did the Yoga Journal practice for Restful Sleep with Jason Crandall.
Today was the Classical Stretch Connective Tissue on YouTube this morning. Tonight was Insight Yoga with Sarah Powers. I did the kidney yin practice.

Home again but with a nasty cough and sore throat. I managed quite a few walks the last few days but now I just want to sleep. I am sure my dog wonβt see it that way. Maybe it will be a good thing that sheβll get me up. Hope everyone has a good start to the week.

I've missed a few workouts. My BIL whom I'm very close to, fell off a ladder in his garage, and he ended up with a brain bleed. Thank goodness no surgery was needed but he spend 2 days in ICU and was just today moved to a regular hospital room. Been doing stuff at my sister and BIL house like taking care of their dogs who love their "Aunt Rhonda" And today cause my daughter was free, I got to stay at home and lounge which was very nice.

I had to smile when I read your comment about your dog :-) I can relate since my pups sleep like angels, but refuse to let me sleep in. It amazes me how quickly they fall asleep.

Sending prayers! I'm always nervous about using ladders or even tall chairs to change air conditioning filters. So good of you and your daughter to help with their pups too. We never know what life is going to throw at us.

Today was Tantric Toning in the morning and Getting Better with Margaret Richard this afternoon. I only did the upper body workout. Trying to avoid doing too much leg work. My sciatica is getting better.

Last night I finally did the Firm, The Hare, and matched my old weights on this one.
Tonight was Modified Warrior, one of my faves. I was thinking of making things easy on my brain and picking one yoga workout, a short one, to do all week. I think this one will do. π my other workouts will probably be something familiar. Again, I need to slow my thoughts and mellow out a bit. Lots of stress all around us. I need my oasis.
