Tonightβs workout was Yoga for Beginners, Kino Macgregor, Workout 1.
Right now Iβm shooting for consistency, not effort. π

Good to see everyone is still moving and making it work whichever way works.
12th was a 15 min walk and Kathy Smith Stretch and Flex 13th - 40 min AM walk + 15 min PM walk 14th - Cathe LITE Strong Body Stacked Sets Lower 15th - Walk 15 min AM + Walk 20 mins I have some sale workouts coming, hoping I stay in good shape and no accidents to derail me.

Tonight was Yoga Wisdom for Back Pain and Tight Hips, workout 1. This is supposed to be a beginner workout, but Iβm not really sure if a true beginner could follow without constantly looking at the screen because I had to look at the screen a few times. I love how I feel now so thatβs something. Not sure I liked it. I will try it again. There was a Pilates like ab section thrown in towards the end as well.

On 10-17 I did Firm Aerobic Butt Busters. I modified with a lower step for aerobic parts and lighter weights than I usually use. This was my first cardio workout in months! Last night was homecoming football game, so no workout. π

16th - The FIRM Crosstrainers Super Sculpting I havenβt done this one in a very long time but I knew it well. Dale shines with her gorgeous encouraging smile. Iβm determined to sprinkle in more FIRMS because I feel well worked out, I know them well so it is easy to get started and I miss them. 17th- β¦β¦. 18th - Gilad Lord of the Abs Hard Core, first 3 circuits of the 4 circuits.I felt it the next day and glad I didnβt do the last circuit. 20 min walk. 19th - Powerfit Plus Cardio Kick and Express Plus Stephanie Huckabee 20min walk /run, it was raining.

Odd, I just posted, but it didn't take. Ugg.
Yesterday was the Firm Hard Core Fusion Express with Allie followed by a 15-minute Yoga Burn Flexibility Band stretch. I used a yoga strap instead. My sciatica flared up, so did yoga for the hips with Kassandra on YouTube.
Today was the Firm Sculpting Ball workout with Tina, the floor stretches in Millenium Stretch with Scott Cole and this afternoon I did yin yoga for the hips with Cheryl. I'm going to probably skip the Firm tomorrow and do some type of yoga.

Hey, ladies! I've not disappeared. I just took about 9 days off. Hubby is staying with his dad, while his sister went on vacation, and I just decided since I'm alone in the house, I'm treating it like my vacation. I sat around, read a lot, watched a bunch of horror movies, played video games and enjoyed peace and quiet quite often too. Tomorrow it's back to reality. I'm signing up to Cathe on Demand with her sale, and today I'm going to make up a workout plan for the rest of the month. I'm going to mix it up. 1-2 Cathe streaming, 1-2 walk or spins, and 1-2 whatever I feel like. I'd like to actually use some of the DVDs I've either never done, or it's been years since I did them.

Rhbrand, good to see you back. Your plan sounds good with some leeway added for keeping things interesting.
20th - was Barlates Metcon Compound + Barlates Walk and Sculpt 2000 steps. 21st - Kat Gates Buettner Relaxing Stretch with Strap #1 and 20 min walk.
Karla, not sure if this is the same thing but have posted twice recently and they disappeared. I thought maybe I was taking too long so I made my repeat posts shorter. Probably a better idea for me to keep it short instead of rambling. π

Keep up the great workouts everyone!
I decided to give Les Mills a try. I found a partial set of Pump for $18 which includes 7 workouts. My employer loves Body Pump so Iβll give it a go.

Iβm almost over the cold, but I think my son might be developing pneumonia.

FatKat, My heart goes out to you! Having a sick child is traumatic. I will keep you both in my prayers.
Rhbrand, I posted yesterday, but it disappeared. I would love to have a quiet vacation at home, it might get a bit lonely after a few days though.
Seagreen, How was the stretch? I'm always looking for gentle stretching practices.
Yesterday was Kundalini Yoga to Detox & De-Stress with Maya Fiennes.
Today was All My Best Vol. 3, program A with Margaret Richard

Karla - thank you! Rhbrand - does your Cathe subscription start immediately? Pretty cool! I like your workout plan and a staycation sounds perfect. Seagreen - one day Iβm going to try Barlates. So many workouts, so little time. π
Tonight was Firm 12-minute Cardio, workout 2 and 3 for 24 minutes total.
My son is still running fever. We finally were able to get the second antibiotic on board this morning. Hoping theyβll kick in soon.
