Yee Yoga for Energy and Stress Relief, Awaken and Energize, and Bar Method Beginners were my workout tonight. The Yee is a favorite even though the editor didn’t catch some miscues. The standing chair back stretch is exactly what I need. 💕

On the 18th was another Laura Wells, this time Dumbbell Cardio Circuit 43 mins. Loved this one as well. 19th -25 min walk 20th rest 21st-Cathe Body Weight and Bands
Karla, I have a soft spot for German Shepherds, our family had a few through the years. It can be hard looking after large senior dogs.

It can be hard looking after large senior dogs. I have a feeling you understand the other difficulties. It's tough! But I love my old guy. 22nd was Bella Strength with Gin Miller & Yoga for Opening the Shoulders with Ekhart Yoga.

Karla - how was the Bella Strength? I have it but have not tried it yet. I always adopt senior dogs. It’s tough as they age. My current female rescue (who I believe was used as a bait dog and puppy milled) is starting get those cloudy spots in her eyes. 😞
I decided to only walk yesterday. I was extremely sore from starting back into exercising and don’t want to overdo.

Today was New Body Workout with Gin Miller. I only did the cardio today. I followed it with Flow & Release:15-Minute Moving Stretches for Hips & Lower Back with Laura Wells.

After a weekend of a little to much sitting and a lot to much eating, I got up and did a fast 30 min walk today. Tomorrow I'm planning Firm Vo1 so please pray for me. I'll need it

I’ll pray for you and especially for the DOMS after! Tonight was KCM Timesaver Strength, Functional Strength, and David Swenson Short Forms, 15 minutes.

22nd- 40 min AM walk 15 min PM walk + Laura Wells 20 min Full Body Stretch 23rd-20min walk + Laura Wells Boxing Medball 45 mins 24th - Laura Wells 45 min Strength Workout Full Body Strong, fit ball ,weights, push pull.I liked all of her workouts the past few days but I really loved this one. Laura made me laugh and I discovered she is a cat person, 3 cats if I heard right. Her husband apparently is a softie with animals, he must be nice then. I’ll have a break from Laura even though I have enjoyed her workouts I don’t want to burn out. Not sure what I’ll do next.
fatkat I think it is wonderful and kind that you adopt seniors. Our last 2 have been adopted, not puppies or young but not full on seniors either. When we adopt again it will be a senior we have decided.

Today was Firm Sculpt-ilates Express & Yoga over 50 Seated Poses practice. I enjoyed the supported head stand in this one. It was a first for me. There wasn't much seated mat work as I expected, but I enjoyed it anyway.

Confession time. Hubby went and got me my favorite ice cream. A Butterfinger Tornado (dupe for the Dairy Queen Blizzard) in maple ice cream cause today was the last day to get maple ice cream before the local ice cream shop closes for the season on the 30th They only have maple ice cream on Tue. and OMG IT'S SO GOOD. So I happily sat and ate it while we watched one of my favorite movies, Saw 2 and totally neglected my workout today. But I'm ok with that cause dang it, I've only had 3 Butterfinger Tornados all season long, since they opened mid March and I think it was a good trade lol. I'll hit up Susan Harris tomorrow.

I was supposed to do barre tonight on my flexible rotation but instead ended up doing KCM Timesaver Sculpt, Intervals and Yoga Short Forms (15 minutes). I feel good. It was the right choice.

A big wrinkle happened. I woke up yesterday with a very small rash on my arm. Not bad. Just a mild rash., Figured I rubbed something while out with the horses. It expanded all day yesterday until it dawned on me, I think it's an allergic reaction to my antibiotics, which I finished yesterday. By evening, I had the rash on my arm, shoulders and a little on my tummy. Today, it's all across my back, shoulders, arm, mostly the right arm, and a little down each thigh. AND IT ITCHES! So I'm not doing any workouts cause I can only imagine how it would itch if I got sweaty.
