I planted several sunflowers in my butterfly garden this year. They do move with the sunshine, as we should :-)

This morning was Fitness Favorites Weights First with Tracie Long. I had done this once previously several years ago and traded or gave it away. I reacquired it recently. It's better than I remembered. I won't use a stick or ball next time I do the workout. It's easier to concentrate on form doing lunges without the ball. Also, I almost used a 2lb. weighted ball. During the ab work Tracy instructs you to throw the ball over your face; anyhow, I missed the catch and the ball hit my face. I was glad I had just used a plain rubber ball. I don't know how much damage a 2lb. weighted ball would have done, but it would have hurt.
This evening was Element Yoga for Stress Relief with Ashley Turner. I was looking for a different yoga DVD, stumbled upon this one out in the garage and realized it was one that I haven't done. I enjoyed this practice and will do it again. I gravitate towards easier, floor type yoga. It's so relaxing.

Karla - I need to get back and try those Fitness Favorites workouts.
Tonight was Yo-Fi Backbends. Iβm getting better, but the antibiotic is tearing up my stomach.

This morning was KickButt Floor Burn This evening was Kundalini Yoga to DeTox & DeStress with Maya Fiennes. This is one of my favorite feel good workouts.

Dragging myself back into the "Getting back into Shape wagon" after a July that was just "eh" I did a short glute workout, then 30 min on the treadmill.

I was sore today from my Yo-Fi backbends so I opted for Yee Yoga for Your week, PM Release tonight. Will try Yo-Fi abs and core tomorrow

Take it easy and enjoy yourself :-) Today was the Firm Vol 6. I enjoyed working up a good sweat! This evening was a relaxing Yin Yoga for Runners - Hip Opening Yoga Stretches with Cassandra. I love yin yoga. It helps me to unwind in the evening so much.

Yesterday was a stretching day. My morning started with a nice shoulder stretching practice, Hatha Yoga with David Procyshyn: A 30-Minute Class for the Shoulders
My evening practice was 30 Min Yin Yoga: Enhance Mobility and Prevent Injury with Travis Eliot. Both are on YouTube.
Today was The Hare with Tracie Long. Didn't do an evening practice.

Today was a low energy day. I had to take my dogs in to be groomed, and then work this afternoon. After picking up the dogs, I was wiped out so I did Rudy Mettia Modified Warrior. Iβm going to try and work through this set.

Today was The Tortoise in the morning and Essentrics Ultimate Stretch Muscle Release in the evening. Should be heading out soon for margaritas and tacos if my husband is agreeable. He's taking a nap.

Another low energy day. I get migraine auras without the headache, but always feel wiped out afterwards. So, I did Rudy Mettia Mountain Warrior.

Monday, nothing. Spent the day shopping for granddaughters birthday presents cause I had zero ideas what to get them lol. Yesterday I did 2 miles on the treadmill
Today I have zero idea of what I'll do lol. I should do some weights cause it's been a week or so since I did weights.

Shopping is a good workout :-) It exhausts me. Lucky you get to shop for your granddaughter. I'm jealous. Remember to go easy with the weights so you don't get overly sore Today was Gin Miller's Step Reaction. It's a really easy to follow step workout. I need simple steps. This evening was a Deep Full Body Stretch with Audrey Krafft done completely on the floor. It's a nice stretching practice except for the background noise. The sound quality isn't good, but I still enjoy the practice.
