Happy Hips is wonderful. I've only done the shortest workouts. I'm working up to doing the whole practice.
Today was PowerFit with Stephanie Huckabee: Biceps, Back & Thighs. I also did Mantra Girl's Intro to Kundalini Yoga :-)

Karla - I have yet to try the PowerFit that I have, but I love Stephanie as an instructor. Right now, Iโm debating about challenging myself to try every single yoga dvd and if it has more than one class on the dvd, all classes, that I have in my collection. I think I could probably go for quite some time. I have that many and most are untried or itโs been years. ๐ค
Tonight was Rudy Mettia Focused Warrior. I really like this one.

It might be interesting for you to see what changes occur in your body from a yoga practice focus. It might help a lot with any arthritis or stiffness. I believe we should do what feels good. I also think itโs good to switch things up. Next month I plan on doing my weekly focus on different types of workouts. I might do a week of yoga, then a week of using equipment that I bought and either havenโt used or only rarely use. Iโm not sure yet. I like focusing on Firm workouts. Iโm starting to slim down a little because my clothes are a bit looser.
Today was the Firm Jiggle-Free Abs and then a nice full body yin stretch with Cheryl. Iโm enjoying her practices very much.

Oops, I missed checking in for a couple days. Today I did a light leg day. Going back to lifting on my own cause I just enjoy it. Lighter weights, only a couple moves. Breaking in easy to keep from getting so sore. Followed up with a 20 min walk. I really need to start doing more mobility/flexibility work after my workouts.

Rhbrand - howโs the treadmill going? I think doing stuff on your own is fabulous. I think itโs better than following a program mindlessly just because itโs on the video. I think the solo practices really help you to connect with how your body feels.
Karla - back in the day I did a month yoga challenge and was surprised by the results. I didnโt lose strength. We shall see how it goes.
Last night I was tired so I did Yee Yoga for Stamina.

Oops, I missed checking in for a couple days. Today I did a light leg day. Going back to lifting on my own cause I just enjoy it. Lighter weights, only a couple moves. I did a lot of yard work this morning so just did an easy Margaret Richard (Strong for Life) workout. It's done mostly on the floor. It was just what I needed.

Peloton did the BEST THING EVER. They have made it so you can sync up your Kindle with your tread or bike, and read while working out. So guess what I did. Synced up my Kindle and walked 50 min while I read a book. Or a part of a book. I would have walked farther, but I was getting hungry.

I love to read but I think Iโd kill myself trying to walk AND read. This morning was a bit cooler and drier so I took advantage of it and did yard max. After a quick shower and work, I came home and did Yee Yoga Now PM de-stressor. I needed to release my low back and this little gentle 10-minute workout did the trick. THIS is why I keep my โeasyโ yoga dvds.

Today was just a Walk & Talk with Jessica followed by a 50-minute whole body stretch with Cheryl. I find when I do a walk or other activity before yoga that I can go deeper into my stretches. So glad I stumbled upon Cheryl's channel. I think she's the best yoga instructor that I've had :-)

Walking on the Pelo treadmill isn't bad cause the book is literally on the screen. And mine, being a Treadmill+ it's like a 32 inch screen. So it's just right there
I did 2 miles today. I was gonna go more, but well, I've not been sleeping the best for 2-3 nights, so I took it a little easy today.

I was gonna go more, but well, I've not been sleeping the best for 2-3 nights, so I took it a little easy today. Your treadmill sounds amazing! I'm glad you've found something that you enjoy. I think it's great that you can read and walk. I love to read and try to get some reading in every day. Today was the upper body segment of the Firm Super Sculpt followed by 50-minutes of Gentle Floor Stretches with Cheryl.

Last night was Travis Eliot Short and Sweet, 2. Tough one, again. I love these even though I bumble through them. I will add tonightโs workout when completed. ๐

I had a Namaste Season set. I wasnโt able to follow it. The settings were beautiful.
Tonight was Tracie Long in Firm Sculpted Buns, Hips & Thighs followed by a 20-minute yin with Cheryl.

Karla, thatโs exactly how I feel about the Namaste yoga. I really want to like it, but I find I have to keep looking at the tv screen.

I'm totally hangry right now, so I'm off to fix some dinner.
Sunday was just a stretching day. I did a Sarah Starr YouTube chair stretch practice in the morning because I was tired, stiff and sore. My daughter is coming up to visit, so I have been doing a lot of yard work and house work. ๐งน Iโm switching out my decor to an Autumn them to add a bit more color and cheer. Dollar Tree has some really cute decorations. Iโve also been weeding and mulching like a mad woman.
Sunday evening was Millennium Stretch. It was just perfect
