Today was Denise Austin Burn Fat Fast. It had a cardio dance workout with fun but easy choreography, a strength session that was combined movements, and a cooldown/stretch. Beautiful studio background with large wall size window showing a body of water with boats going by. I changed the twists to just weight shifts and the Chas Chas to forward and backward steps to protect my knees. Didn't have to modify anything else. It was fun! I felt worked out after but not wiped.

Yesterday was Essentrics Strength and Stretch Core & Legs in the morning. Audrey Krafft's wonderful Spinal Stretch was done last night. I have lower back issues, so I love to stretch. This morning was Essentrics Strength and Stretch full body. Margaret Richard's Forty and Fabulous finished out the evening.

Today was Denise Austin Fit In A Flash. Warm Up, Cardio 1, Total Body Toning 1, and Cooldown. No equipment needed other than a mat.

That’s one of my favorite Leslie walks!!! I like Belly, Buns, and Thighs and the Woman’s Walk too!! All 3 have toning!!

I’ve never tried one of her step workouts though. Yesterday was a “rest day” so I could concentrate on cleaning my house 🤪 Today was The Firm Vol 6

I’ve never tried one of her step workouts though. Yesterday was a “rest day” so I could concentrate on cleaning my house 🤪 Today was The Firm Vol 6 The Step workout is nice! I have 2 left feet and even I can do it! There is toning at the end. No weights. It’s perfect for me. People who are advanced steppers or who like that woman Christi would probably hate it!! But, I tried, supposedly, the easiest Christi per the forum called Mission Possible and gave up pretty fast!! My brain just doesn’t work that fast to coordinate the movements!!! And…..that was the easy one!!😳😱🥴 Yes, I love Denise’s stretch stuff. She adds yoga, balance, flexibility, and mobility all in one! Her later stuff like Fit In A Flash, Yoga Booty Lift, and Shape Up and Shed pounds does a lot of it. Although, Stretch and Flex has mobility too! 🙃

Yesterday was Debbie Sieber's Tone It Up!
This morning was a short Classical Stretch for the shoulders. This evening was Kundalini Yoga for Beginners with Ana Brett. I did the warm-up and spinal workout.

I haven’t kept up with posting as well. I started back to work last week. I work part time at a school. I walk and stand for three hours watching the kids on the playground and recess. This is my main cardio when school is in session.
Being in Phoenix, the heat has been brutal lately. Last week wasn’t as bad, highs were under 110. But yesterday and today were 111 and 112. We had an extreme heat schedule today thankfully, recess for the kids was 10 minutes instead of 20. So I was outside for an hour instead of my usual two. We have rain tonight, so tomorrow is down to 100 thankfully. Having said all that, I’ve been too tired to exercise! Once it’s cooler, I’ll be working out more.
8/6 - Jessica Smith Total Strength from Walk Strong 3 8/7 - First day of school, so walking and standing for three hours (I call it work cardio), Margaret Martin's Hatha Yoga for Active Seniors (you tube), and Jessica Smith’s 10 Minute Total Body Stretch 8/8 - Work cardio, another hour of walking doing errands 8/9 - Work cardio, Jessica Smith’s Fitness Training for Functional Aging 8/10 - Work Cardio 8/11 - Work Cardio, Jessica Smith's YouTube workout, Back Friendly Strength 8/12 - Housework 8/13 - Jessica Smith's Strength 48 from Strong and Centered 8/14 - Work Cardio; I strained my left elbow, so no strength workouts for awhile 8/15 - Work Cardio 8/16 - Work Cardio; Jessica Smith's 10 Minute Lower Body Stretch and 10 Minute Upper Body Stretch from her AAP 8/17 - Work Cardio
