Karla- I love all things Bar Method, used to be an instructor at a studio that closed (both studios closed in our state and now we have none). I still teach some private clients. π
tonight was Yo-Fi Yoga for a Better Back. This one is a keeper! It was my first time doing it and I experienced several back adjustments with cracking throughout. I feel amazing right now. π

I (think) have all of the Bar Method DVDS. π I thought that too before someone mentioned the beginner and Natural Journey workouts.
Yo-Fi for the back sounds good. I looked on eBay but there wasnβt a copy. I will keep an eye out for it.
Day 2. Pop Physique Ultimate Barre. This is a good workout with some unique moves. The instructor gives excellent tips. Itβs the first time I really felt my abs doing the pelvic tuck at the barre.

Definitely look out for that particular Yo-Fi, Karla. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I have some Pop Physique dvds (surprise!) but have not yet tried them.
Tonight was a yoga βrestβ day with Yee AM yoga.

Day 3 Rest Day. I did a 20-minute, deep breathing practice and slept wonderfully. I also didn't use any electronics for an hour before bedtime.
Day 4. The Bar Method Change Your Body. This was the perfect workout for me today :-) This evening was Jessica Smith 30-minute Barefoot Walk & Travis Eliot 30-minute yin yoga

Day 6 was a rest day AKA clean house day :-)
Day 7 was The Bar Method Body Fat Burning, a 1-mile walk with Jessican & Backyard Yoga with Erich Schiffman. I only went up to the shoulder stretches.

Karla - I havenβt done the Backyard ones in a long time.

That's awesome! It's difficult to workout when visiting.
The Backyard for Beginners is very relaxing. I don't do it often enough.
Yesterday was the Firm Jiggle Free Arms and Scott Cole in Millenium Stretch. I only did the floor section. I enjoyed it! This morning was the Firm Lower Body Sculpt 2. Not sure what I will do tonight. I'm getting an itch to do a Yo-Fi, so it will depend on time & energy considerations. I ended up doing a Madeleine Lewis Stretch. Itβs on a DVD with two other practices.

Last night was a meditation walk. UTI made it uncomfortable to even stand or sit. If Iβm better tonight, I might try another Yo-Fi. I really like the Anusara style.
Edit: Still uncomfortable. Probably going to do a quick Yee yoga, very mild, instead.
