Karla - I’m so sorry that happened. 😞 Do you have cameras? We’re thinking about installing more.
My sister raves about that same Gin step workout. One day I will give it a go.
I promised my son I’d take him to the park tomorrow, so there will be no escaping the heat and it’s blazing here.
I took a 2 day break, but got back into it yesterday with Tracie Long Metabolic Strength, Well Built, and 3 Week Yoga Retreat, Weekends with Faith, Week 2. Tonight was Tracie Long again, but Full Steam Ahead, and the retreat dvd, Progression with Ted, Core. So far, I’m very happy with the yoga set, and tonight’s class was my favorite so far.

I don't have cameras :-( I hope you had a nice time at the park even though it was blazing hot. This heat is brutal.
Day 5 Resistance Band workout in Build Your Muscles with Gin Miller
Day 6. Barefoot Cardio with Ellen Barrett. This is a good one for shoulder mobility. This evening was Yin Yoga with Kim Eng. My dogs are hungrily waiting for their dinner outside my door.

Last night was 3 week yoga retreat, Progression with Ted, Stretch.
We had a great time at the park. It was blazing hot, but some clouds came and made it tolerable.
Dogs, always hungry. 😂
I will update when I get tonight’s workout in.

What we do for our kids :-) I know! They want snacks right after dinner (eyeroll here) I can't even have my dinner in peace because they think they're starving. I get the not wanting mountain climbers or burpees. I just go for the easier workouts now. Burpees can be fun if there's only a few and if I'm feelin' the love, but mostly I just want something gentler. Day 7 was Jari Love Get Ripped. It's her easiest workout :-) I did yin yoga for the spine with Paul Grilley Tonight. So relaxing. My knee is improving a lot through the variety of exercises. My hip and should pain are gone. It's nice to be able to sleep without shoulder discomfort.

I did turbo yard max today and was outside for 7 hours!! My grass is cut, but everything looks the same! I trimmed bushes, attempted to cut trees away from the house. I’m wiped out!

Well, I thought I posted here yesterday, but maybe not. I just joined the VF Yoga Sadhana group, so expect me to post more yoga stuff here as well. I like to add yoga to my other stuff, so I will post the “other stuff” here as well. Yesterday was turbo yard max in the blasting heat. I was toast by the time I made it inside. I’m going to continue my 3 week yoga retreat until I’ve done all the content and then I’ll move on to others. Does anyone have any insight into the Yo-Fi set? I’ve had my eye on them for a while now.

Be careful in this heat. It can be deadly or even cause strokes! I am going to do a week of only yoga in August. I'm trying to do a week of different types of workouts. Week 3. Pilates week. Day 1. Yesterday was Pilates Power Ball Sculpt with Bernadette Giorgi. It's a good workout. I had to modify some of the moves like the rolldown. I put my toes under the handles of 10lb weights so I can roll-up. I also have to keep my knees bent. I just do leg lifts for the roll-overs and teaser. Day 2. Winsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Sculpting. This is another good workout and good for beginners. It's shorter -only 20-minutes. This evening was Strech Sculpt with Ellen Barrett.

You are right, Karla! My neighbor was outside at the same time I was and he got physically sick and was vomiting. I took tons of breaks, which is why it took me so long.
I have that Bernadette workout, but have yet to try it. I gave my Windsor set to my sister. I didn’t like it at all.
Tonight was 3 Week Yoga Retreat, Progression with Ted, Flow. I stayed indoors today except for dog walks. I wanted a more calm day, so only yoga. 😊

I haven't tried the other workouts of the Winsor set. I've had them for 7+ years.
Day 3. Powerhouse workout Pilates with Jillian Hessel AKA A.M. Pilates. This is another repackaged workout that took me a while to get around to doing because the title was a bit intimidating. I also did FAB Cardio Workout For Women Over 50 Mirabai Holland which is on YouTube. It's very easy, but good for a muscle recovery or rest day.
Day 4. Thursday morning was MTV Pilates with Kristin. This was another old/new workout that I just never felt like doing because it seemed too hard. Today was the day! It has too many roll-up & downs, & teasers for me. I like the leg work, but not enough to keep the DVD so will donate it -unless someone here wants it. Thursday afternoon was The Firm Cardio Burn with Tina Smalley. I enjoyed this workout :-) I recently purchased it on eBay for under $5. I need to get a medium resistance band as the light is too easy. I followed it with Travis Eliot in his 30-minute short & Sweet Yin Yoga class which is on YouTube.

I got Scott Cole's Millenium Stretch, Beginning Pilates with Kristin McGee and Karen Voight's Arms & Abs. I had traded Karen's Arms & Abs but decided to reacquire it as my freebie. Day 6. Fat Burning Pilates with Ellen this morning followed by Adrienne Reed's Long Holds. This afternoon was Detox Yoga part1 with Amy Schnieder and Travis Eliot's 30-minute yin practice.

Ooo, I love your EBay purchases, Karla! I snagged a Mindy Mylrea gliding one that I hadn’t seen before called Cardio Crazy. I also was able to pick up the Yo-Fi Hips yoga and the back one as well. Is the Travis Eliot Yin on dvd or streaming?
So, I finally finished out my Tracie Long Metabolic Strength Series tonight with Heat it Up. Again, burpee variations, renegade rows, are in this one as well. One thing I found was that the whole series ends each workout almost abruptly with no stretch. I know some of the KCM Timesaver ones do the same. I’m glad I’m doing yoga afterwards. I wouldn’t say I disliked this series, but definitely not my favorite either. The time spent on my hands is tough with the thumb arthritis, and when you’re doing these variations face down, it’s hard to know exactly what you’re supposed to do without glancing at the screen. I like her Signature Series much better. Now, I’d like to revisit the Core Movements series. I know I haven’t tried all on that series yet.
I also did 3 Week Yoga Retreat, Weekends with Faith, Abs, AM, PM, and this completes all on this set as well. I have some favorites (all instructors had at least one or two I loved) on this one as well as some that are just okay. It’s definitely a keeper though. Not sure which direction I’ll take next with the yoga. I might try to pair the Core Movements with Yin, but the length of exercise time might deter me. We shall see. I also have the Yoga Burn set that I’ve not tried, so those might be on deck as well. So many options… 😁

Day 7 I did Laura Wells 20 minute stretch and made today a rest day. Tomorrow I start a week of barre ❤️

I need to visit that one. Maybe it will help my tight hips! I'm going to do a yoga week sometime in August. I'm enjoying these different weekly rotations. I'm mostly doing new (to me) or DVDS that I haven't done in a long time.
Day 1. The Bar Method Body Designer Sculpting. This was a recent eBay purchase. It's the easiest of The Bar Method workouts that I have -no pushups. I also ordered the Bar Method Beginner's Workout because it had good reviews. Unfortunately, it's defective and doesn't play.
