I did another Lucifer walk yesterday. Today I'll probably do the same cause it's my day to get my hair and nails done, and I don't get my freshly colored hair sweaty on the day I get it done. But a 45 min walk doesn't hurt it any.

I did the Firm Bust and Butt (new acquisition) today. The equipment/position changes were a bit too quick for me this morning. I wasn't focusing on the workout and think I did the same leg twice on the short box step-ups. LOL. I also did a short (Shape Vol. 5) yoga practice which I picked up on Saturday for 50 cents at a thrift store.

Karla - I love Bust and Butt, but I think it’s because I’ve done it so much I’m prepared for the quick changes. I did this one a lot while pregnant.
Yard Max was yesterday followed by 3 Week Yoga Retreat, Vytas Foundations, Core. I’m going to keep on going with the three weeks as shown in this set. That way I can decide if I want to keep it or not. So far, it’s a keeper.
Have either of you tried the old Piyo? I wasn’t into Beachbody at the time when it was released.

I tried a couple of the Piyo workouts. I liked one, but had a difficult time following another and haven’t ever gotten around to trying the other workouts. I might have an extra copy if you want one. Let me know if you’re interested and I will look around. I see them fairly regularly at thrift stores so can also get one for you next time on comes available. Yesterday was Calorie Killer (for the 1st time) with Nancy Tucker. I decided to do my own cardio moves because I get too confused trying to keep up. My moves were similar, but simpler. I still worked up a good sweat and didn’t deal with the frustration of having 2 left feet. Today was Super Sculpting ❤️ One of my favorites.

Karla - thanks for the offer on the piyo. I think I’m going to pass. After viewing the clips and others’ opinions, I think this set might be too twisty for my wonky shoulder. Reviews aren’t the best.
Calorie Killer is tough! Love Super Sculpting.
My son picked up a pop-up adware on his computer last night. My son has autism, so this was a very frustrating experience for him and scary thinking he’s ruined his computer. So, I spent time last night blocking the site and was only able to get in 3 Week Yoga Retreat, Vytas Foundations, Balance. Will attempt again this evening something more.

Today I did Firm Vo 4. I forgot how much shoulder work is in that one. I go light for the shoulder work nowadays :-) Thursday morning, I did Fit to The Hits with Tamille. I was surprised to see Misty Tripoli as a background exerciser. I enjoyed the music but did it mostly freestyle. I'm just terrible with choreography. It was a fairly simple routine. My evening workout was Yoga for Stress Relief with Barbara Benagh. I did the hip pain workout. Friday was feFit (disc 2) upper body. My shoulders are feeling this workout. This afternoon was a Jessica 1-mile Walk & Talk followed by Short & Sweet Yin Yoga with Travis Elliot Saturday was The Hare. Fun workout. The time flew by. Sunday was The Tortoise

Vol 4 is my most used workout ever! It’s tough!
No workouts for me. I’ve been feeling rough the past few days and today my back hurts for no good reason. Will probably do yard max tomorrow if my back allows.

Eye hurts worse, but I managed 3 Week Yoga Retreat, Vytas Foundations, Flow. I have a stye that is making my whole body ache.

I managed a workout tonight. I’m all over the place with what I pick. I’m just trying different stuff from my collection: Tracie Long Metabolic Strength, Coming on Strong and 3 Week Yoga Retreat, week 1 with Faith. I’m going to keep exploring this 3 Week Retreat dvd along with other workouts.
