SO on my Peloton tread and bike, you can log into a few streaming services like Netflix, Max, etc and watch while you workout. Today I watched an episode of Lucifer while walking. Got my steps up quite a bit. I didn't go fast about 2.8MPH but that's better than sitting in my recliner watching Lucifer LOL Then this evening I did a 30 min yoga flow class. I've been feeling very stiff and tight here lately so thought that yoga might help a bit. I need to find classes that are less a flow style and ones that are more hold it until the stretch really sinks in I recently did a VHS tape, Rodney Yee Yoga Conditioning for Life, that is only available now via Amazon streaming. It never made it to dvd. In this workout, everything is at a very, very slow pace. I loved it. No workout for me yesterday. I used the weed eater both Saturday and Sunday, so my wonky shoulder needed a break.

I've only done ๏ผmany times๏ผ the Deep Stretch & Restore. It's very relaxing and has some great stretches. Another one that I like is Yoga Journal Yoga for Well-Being. The only practice that I usually do is Restful Sleep. I like the forward folds. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is that Jason keeps referring to restful sleep. I use it to relax and keep limber. Today was The Transfirmer Supercharged Sculpting. I enjoyed the short workout and bonus stretch. This was another newbie for me. I'm very happy that I bought it!

So last night I did KCM Timesaver Strength, Lower Body, and then tonight was KCM Timesaver Strength, Pull. Iโve done lower body before, but this was my first time doing pull. I liked the slow pace of these. I definitely need to pull out heavier weights next time.

This is my current favorite workout. Love it. I guess Iโm on a KCM roll this week.

I've done a couple more 45 min walks on the tread watching Lucifer. I really need to get some weight training in but I've just not felt like it. I know it's good for me blah blah blah, and I usually love weight training, but here lately all I want to do it walk, and do some stretching. I think maybe I'll just do my walking and keep trying different yoga styles cause a good yoga workout is both very weight bearing and stretching.

Today was Firm 3-in-1 Bootcamp workout #1. This was a good purchase. Love these shorter workouts!

Been still walking quite a bit, but not today. Had to take hubby in to get yet another round of shots in his neck. Had to get up about 90-100 min earlier than I usually do, so of course I didn't fall asleep until way late. Even though I tried to go to be about 45 min early. Oh well.
I'm trying to figure out a pseudo rotation to try out for 4-6 weeks One blending Cathe, The Firm, walking and a little spinning. I'm also struggling quite a bit cause I've regained about 5-6lbs and I know it's 99.999% due to my eating. Time to make some cutbacks, which I need to do, but don't want to do.

I get clutzy with some of the newer Firm workouts. Yesterday was Total Sculpt + Abs Today was Hatha Yoga with David Procyshyn: A 30-Minute Class for the Shoulders. I also did his seated flow this evening.

I took two days off, but back in it with Tracie Long Focus Power Up. Iโm trying to get going with more step work. My footwork speed is slow. I used my lowest step with no risers.
Iโm also choreography challenged, so the dancey pink Firms tend to get me. Iโm always a half beat behind on it all, but Iโm moving. THIS is why I exercise at home. No shame in looking goofy when nobody can see you.

No shame in looking goofy when nobody can see you. ** I love this! Yesterday was Mix it Up! with Debbie Siebers. I purchased the set in a pretty cardboard 3 DVD holder. The title was misleading because it said Slim Series Advanced Sculpting System. It was new/sealed and $1.49 so I snatched it up. It's actually the Slim in 6 series which is disappointing since I have that set. I will probably donate my older Slim DVDS since each DVD workout is in a separate plastic holder. I like having a cardboard holder with 3 DVDs since it saves space. Today I did Kari Anderson's Reach (Next day update: oops! it was Angles, Lines & Curves 2) in the morning and Yoga in the Garden of Serenity in the evening. The garden yoga is good for shoulder & spinal mobility and also for relaxation.

Karla - I was just thinking about Yoga in Garden of Serenity today! Iโve been having a tight neck/right shoulder. Itโs a toss up of when I do it though. Iโm also eyeing my Karen Voight Pure and Simple Stretch. I have the Slim Series and also duplicated them. My sister now has the set. ๐ nothing drives me more crazy than dvd repackaging.
Still debating on tonightโs workout. Will update when Iโve finished and my analysis paralysis ends.
update: checking in with Tracie Long Signature Series 2. Iโve never tried this one (Iโm working through my collection) and it was wonderful. Iโm toast!
