Happy June! We started the month here in Florida on a gloomy rainy day. I almost didn't workout. This month, I'm going to focus on doing workouts that are new or that I haven't done in a while. Luckily, I still have Firms that meet those criteria. I just purchased a Firm yoga workout that I gave away (a few years ago) on another forum. The eBay seller listed it as being in good condition. I got it yesterday and it was new/sealed. Happy me! Still trying to locate my Firm Stability Ball workout with Allie, ugh. Today was 10-Minute Time Crunch Training with Firm instructor Stephanie Huckabee. It has an automatic warm up and cool down so it not really only 10-minutes. I did the Upper Body and Total Body workouts. They were fun and the time flew. I feel so much better for doing the workout. I followed it with Deep Stretch ๏ผhip opening and bonus stretch practices๏ผ led by Mimi Solaire.

So I kind of quit checking in that last couple days of May
I'm going to start STS meso 2 tomorrow. I low key hate meso 1, It just goes to fast for me and I hate all those pushups. Sometimes my shoulder gets a little irritated at me if I try to do 50000 pushups in one workout. Ok slight exaggeration but it does feel like about that many pushups.
I'll try to check in a little more often in June.

STS meso 2 workout 1 disc 13. I won't be able to move my arms tomorrow LOL. Holy chest workout. I used a 45lbs bar for warmups and 55lb for the barbell bench, and dropped back to 45 for the incline work. I did skip the last set of tricep kickbacks cause I just couldn't.

I did some upper body work followed by Firm yoga with Allie.

Iโm back from visiting my parents! Thatโs why I disappeared the last few days of May.
I did a Bernadette Giorgi YouTube workout that uses a towel. Thatโs all I did for four days.
Tonight I tried Firm Pilates Sculpt and Tone. Very beginner, but I felt good after.
Karla, like you, Iโm going through my untried dvds and many are pink Firms.

Yesterday I dug out my old VHS copy of Cathe's Step Heat, and I did the warmup, segment 1 and cooldown. All I could manage cause I'm so out of practice with step now lol. Today rest day. My poor calves are so sore from doing that step workout lol. But it was fun. I'm going to have to do another step workout soon.

Even though I have many Cathe step workouts, even her basic stuff is hard for me. Tonight I tried Firm Dangerous Curves Ahead. Yes, the choreography got me, but I kept moving. I think as I le ran the moves, this dvd will be more fun.

I hope you had a nice visit. Today I did a new pink that I bought the other day: Hi-Def Sculpt. It was the first time that I've seen the Firm background exercisers stumble over moves. The instructor goofed which had a domino effect. Yesterday was Kathy Smith's Timersaver ShaperBall Workout.

Karla - I have yet to do this pink Firm, Hi-Def Sculpt. I took a break yesterday from my pink Firms and did Yee Yoga for Beginners, Flexibility.
Itโs rained for 8 days here but weโre drying out, so yard work is coming up this sunny weekend.

Itโs rained for 8 days here but weโre drying out, so yard work is coming up this sunny weekend. I had to do yard work today after a few days of rain. I tweeked my back right away but was able to power through but walked with a bend in my back. It was awful. It's still painful. I just did a Classical Stretch Back Pain Relief and Jane Adam's Gentle Yoga floor practices. I think I might be able to stand up and walk straight LOL. Yesterday morning was Sadie Lincoln's Love Your Lower Body hip & thigh workout. I did Yoga Zone: Basics for Beginners, program 1 that evening.

Went without internet for almost 3 days and I wasn't able to check in. Also slacked off my workouts cause TTOM started, when will I EVER start menopause,I'm almost 54 years old and more than ready for this to quit, and just didn't have the energy. Did get a walk in yesterday outside with my 10 month old grandbaby pushing her around in the stroller. The fresh air was good for us both.

Hang in there! I did yard max in the heat both Saturday and Sunday morning. No dvd workouts. It was nice to get away from electronics for the weekend.

Yesterday morning was Classical Stretch Back Pain Relief from Season 11. Worked wonders! I did Crunch: Pick Your Spot Pilates for the first time that evening. I picked this up within the last couple of weeks. It's extremely easy, but good (I guess) if you have had a major back spasm and are afraid to move in the wrong direction, eeK!
My back is okay today, so I did the Firm's Jiggle Free Arms for the first time. It's only about 30 minutes, and probably my favorite ๏ผso far๏ผ Firm upper body workout.
When I was younger, I would get frustrated if I couldn't keep up with the moves because I'm severely choreography challenged. Now I just follow when I can and keep moving when I can't. It's liberating and makes the workout more fun. I don't have a Transfirmer, but my adjustable Firm step worked just fine.

SO on my Peloton tread and bike, you can log into a few streaming services like Netflix, Max, etc and watch while you workout. Today I watched an episode of Lucifer while walking. Got my steps up quite a bit. I didn't go fast about 2.8MPH but that's better than sitting in my recliner watching Lucifer LOL Then this evening I did a 30 min yoga flow class. I've been feeling very stiff and tight here lately so thought that yoga might help a bit.
I need to find classes that are less a flow style and ones that are more hold it until the stretch really sinks in
