Hi!

Thanks, ladies!
I am feeling tired still, but did KCM Timesaver Strength, Functional Strength tonight. By the end of the 15 minutes, I couldnβt tell if I was sucking in air from being out of shape or being in recovery. LOL! Low and slow for a whileβ¦.I feel better now that Iβve settled down. Tomorrow may be just some stretching and body weight stuff.

Tonight I did FitPrime Kickbutt 6 Day Trainer, Bootcamp. I have that DVD. Bootcamp is one I haven't tried yet. I'm thinking of doing a Firm rotation next month, so am going to have to fit it in somewhere :-)

I can't do too many push-ups right now due to a wonky shoulder. Hopefully it will be better in a couple of weeks.

I usually put <snip> where I've cut something out. Glad you're taking it easy! Lots of head movement with an injury could exacerbate it. 26-Fri 30min dog walk I'm still taking it lighter as well - feeling ok but my voice (!) is a wreck. If I want it smooth, have to go very deep - but that takes effort. Drove down to harbour again, but it hit 104F at one stage so didn't leave until Alice gave me "the paw" around 6pm. She turned around after just 15min and headed back to the car. Wouldn't even budge from standing by her door so I could use a bin a few feet away. Stubborn!
