Since there are no other threads, I thought Iโd start a general one.
Iโve been doing Jessica Smithโs Build rotation from her streaming. Yesterday was Upper Back and Shoulders. Iโm getting ready to do todayโs, so I better get off my phone!

Congratutions for making the FIRST checkin! I came to do the same thing myself, but you beat me by 8 hours.
I've just finished STS Meso 2 - now that I've made it this far, I'll finish it before moving onto STS2

I had difficulty logging in on my computer as leonana, so I had to register again with a different user name - leonanablue. Anyway, I think Iโll post my workouts weekly on Sundays.
Today was housework. Sunday will be JS Build Pi-Yo workout.

I did Jessicaโs Wake Up & Walk on YouTube today. Weโve been having so much rain here. Itโs been depressing and really hard to get motivated. Luckily, I was able to find one that she made on a sunny day next to a pool. A spot of sunshine was just what I needed.

Must remember to double up my posts between here and "there". I did 7.5 miles of walking on Saturday and 7.5 miles of biking on SUnday with my wife. I did much shorter walks these last two days.

Here are my workouts for the week. Iโm doing Jessica Smithโs Build rotation. I also get a lot of steps in at work, probably an hour or so of walking. I work part time at an elementary school and am on my feet a lot.
6/19 Build Upper Body Detail; walking at work 6/20 Build Core and Balance; walking at work 6/21 Build L.I.S.S. Flow and Let It Go; walking at work 6/22 Rest day and Build Self Care Sessions from Weeks 2 and 3; walking at work 6/23 Build Total Body 3 6/24 House Cleaning 6/25 Build Interval IT; Jessica's Walk and Talk on Motivation

Another week done
Mon 19 = Cathe - STS 26 M3W1 Plyo Legs Tue 20 = 90min late night dog walk, we BOTH had cold noses! Wed 21 = 1 hour brisk walk with school Thu 22 = Cathe - STS 27 M3W1 Shoulders, Biceps, & Triceps Fri 23 = BUTI - Sweetly Twisted Sat 24 = Cathe - STS 28 M3W2 Chest & Back Sun 25 = Cathe - Body Blast - Step, Jump, & Pump - Step & Weights Circuit Mix

Hello VFers! I really like this forum, think itโs set up better than Tapatalk. Iโm doing my usualโฆ.teaching Essentrics, yoga, a little Pilates, walking, rebounding, TRX and weights for strength. Iโll try and start checking in regularly in July.
