Oct 1st. Classical Stretch Arms & Abs 30-minute workout. This is a good arm workout even though weights aren't used. I just wish she would have worn a bra or that the weather was warmer that day, lol.

This has good balance work sprinkled throughout. It's a pleasant workout.

10/13 My husband wanted to buy me a nectarine tree as an anniversary present, so drove out to a nursery and got one. Another nursery was having a mandarin orange tree give away. We went there and bought a Bottle Brush bush. The owner then gave me a Bleeding Heart vine -one of my favorite flowers. I will find out today if I won the orange tree. So, I guess yesterday was Plant Max. I walked Shadow (Maggie walked with us in the morning) 3 times yesterday. He has bathroom issues, so I walk him twice a day so he won't go #2 in the house. Yesterday, I took him for an extra walk because I had an intuition which proved to be true. Having an older dog can be very difficult.
10/14 Planted a pawpaw tree and a goji berry bush. Also dug holes for another pawpaw & mulberry tree. Cleaned out lots of weeds around 3 blueberry bushes and a more established pawpaw tree. So, this morning was the Garden Max workout. This evening was Sculpture: Upper Body with Margaret Richard.
