I recently started doing a gluten-free diet. Has anyone else tried it? Did you see any results?

I have Celiac disease so I've been following a gluten-free diet for many years. It is VERY HARD at first to figure out what you can and cannot eat but then it becomes very intuitive. I know many people follow it for various reasons -- some for overall health and others because of an allergy or medical condition.
Karla: May I ask what prompted you to try a gluten-free diet and what results you are trying (or have) to achieve?

I have skin condition and the gluten-free diet has cleared most of it up (yay!) even though I've slipped a bit here and there. I notice a huge difference on the days I eat gluten, so am doing my best to avoid it now. I've discovered many health issues can be remedied through changing our diet. Food matters a lot.

I have become aware of this being the case for many people when it comes to gluten. I'm glad that removing it from your diet has helped your psoriasis. It can be very difficult to avoid it in your diet but it appears that you've become quite adept at it!
