It takes a bit of time for it to work. After the first week when I didnโt notice any difference, I felt a bit foolish. I decided to finish the bottles (still have lots left) and then noticed I wasnโt having headaches anymore. I rarely went more than a day or two without one. It was partially my fault because I would eat things like guacamole or processed foods. I just couldnโt adhere to a strict diet. Weather is also a trigger. Thereโs a storm going on right now and I am not miserable because of it.

Now: Certified organic Inulin Prebiotic Pure Powder. I mix a teaspoon with my morning coffee
Now: Energy Metabolic Energy & Adrenal Support. This product might give you a flush. It doesnโt last long and after taking it a couple times it stopped giving me a flush. I take this several times a week, but also alternate with other multivitamins.
Now: DMG 125 mg N, N-Dimethyl Glycine

If you buy supplements make sure that theyโre gmp (good manufacturing process certified.) I also look for 3rd party independent lab tested.
