I live in Florida, am married and share my home with 4 dogs. I started getting serious about exercise when I purchased The Firm Vol. 6 Boomers Workout in the 1980’s. I was hooked and started getting more Firm workouts. My kids used to work out with me. We made some good memories.
I am going to try to get back into the Firm routine since I was in great shape when I only did Firm workouts 6 days a week. It’s hard though because I have some favorites now like Margaret Richard and Jessica Smith. They have no dread factor for me. I’ve also started doing a lot more gentle yoga and stretching.

I’m Sherry. I’m married with one grown daughter. We have three cats. I’m sort of retired, after homeschooling her, and now I work part time at an elementary school.
In the 90’s, I worked out sometimes. I didn’t know anything about strength training. I did cardio on the gym treadmills. Eventually I bought a Nordic track and used it for awhile, but quit around 1996. In the last half of 2000, I did a Kathy Smith pregnancy workout while pregnant with my daughter. But after having her, I stopped. I don’t know why I didn’t keep up with it, it made me feel better. But I thought it was too easy and you had to do hard workouts. In 2013, I heard about Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and did that for a year. I then had the bright idea to search for more workouts and discovered Collage. Eventually, I found Jessica Smith, and I’ve been doing mostly her workouts for the past ten years. I’m currently subscribed to her AAP. I also do some YouTube workouts, such as Fitness With PJ and Workout With Roxanne.
