Karla - I believe C is Cardio and S is Strength so it is saying Cardio/Strength FIRM Cardio; Cardio Tough Aerobic Mix; Strength Stand Legs; etc. Classifying them while listing the names of the workouts.

So I did the above rotation last week. It was good. If you want a 6-day rotation, I would recommend tweaking it like this:
Day 1 - Firm Strength Day 2 - Tough Aerobic Mix Day 3 - Upper Body Day 4 - Standing Legs Day 5 - Light Aerobic Mix Day 6 - Firm Cardio Day 7 - restorative yoga or stretch or rest
