If you're looking for an older instructor (not too old 40's-50's) this is one you will want to peruse. I like working out with instructors closer to my age, sometimes. They seem more relatable. Jules, the instructor, has many short warmup & walking workouts which would be good to do before stretching, yoga or those workouts that don't include a warmup. Copied from the channel:About
