How many barre workouts can you safely do each week? Do you have any tips or recommendations?
Iβm thinking of doing a barre rotation next month.

Iβm actually a certified barre instructor. 4-5 classes a week to see changes, but 2-3 to maintain. Barre is technically safe to do every day, but it can be very mentally grueling. Barre never gets easy. There are definitely easier barre workouts on the market, for sure, but true barre is not. I taught at Bar Method before branching out on my own, getting an advanced certification, opening my own studio, and then closing for COVID. I only teach a few private classes now to friends.

Thank you! I think I will ease into it with some easier barre the first week and see how it goes. New movements usually make me a bit sore.
