My legs are nicely toned -except for my inner thighs. Nothing has helped! I've done lots of Margaret Richard floor work and the Firm floorwork.
Maybe it's due to age? Has anyone noticed that area is a bit more stubborn than it used to be?

Have you tried plie squats? They target the inner thigh really well.

Dede, I have done plie squats, but I don't do many of them. Most of the workouts I do use floor work for inner thigh work. Maybe I need to do a Barre/Ballet focus next month.

Floorwork is good, but perhaps your body needs more weight behind the workout (body and/or plates or dumbbells) to firm up the area? If you do a Barre / Ballet rotation next month, please report back. I'd love to know your results.

I love turned out standing leg lifts from barre for inner thighs. I think barre really has helped define my leg muscles.
