If anyone is looking for this dvd brand new, it’s at TotalFitnessDvds. I got sick right when I was going to try a HC rotation, but this dvd is one of my favorites of hers. Short workouts and to the point. Lots of planks of course.

I really like this one and Getting Stronger. I have my cart ready of possibilities for the Black Friday sale at TotalFitnessDvds. 🙂 If I isn’t have a copy already of the HC Getting Started, I’d snag this in a heartbeat. Her workouts are extremely difficult to find now.
