ππ» Happy Halloween π»π
Have you given any thought to your November workout ποΈββοΈ plans? Will you focus more on walking/cardio, weights, fusion, self-care or something else?
I will be focusing on self-care initially in November until my sciatica scats away. I have lots of good workouts with male instructors, but I donβt reach for them very often. So I am going to focus on workouts with male instructors this month. I should get a good variety too -with the exception of barre. I have only Exhale Core Fusion beginning barre and itβs taught by a married couple.

Iβve actually enjoyed repeating my yoga dvd all this week, and I think coming off being sick, Iβm going to focus on sticking with either learning a new workout really well or completing familiar workouts like the Firm.

I think sometimes repeating the same yoga workout helps me to relax and get deeper into the poses. Often, when I'm doing a new yoga practice, I find myself tensing up a bit. I do better once I become familiar with the routine. I'm glad that you're feeling better. I hope your son is much better!

Made a goal for the month to walk 20 min every day. Minus Thanksgiving maybe. I might take it off depending on how long we stay at my sister's.

I plan to continue spinning for cardio, but change up the instructor. I've been following Kayleigh Cohen's beginner & intermediate free YouTube offerings since July. She's been great, but I found some other freebies to try this month. For weights, I just finished Cathe's STS Meso 1&2, so I'm returning to STS2.0 along with some LIVE downloads.
