Have you thought about your workout plans for October? Will you continue to do the same workouts or try something different? September was filled with doing my untried DVDS. It was hard at first to not reach for my favorites. π But I discovered that I enjoyed doing different types of movements even though some of the workouts were too easy. I think it helps with smaller muscles and with range of motion. One result is that I can go deeper into my stretches. This month, Iβm going to focus on the Firm. Iβm going to try for 4 days a week. Unfortunately, I put on a little weight in September and am hoping the Firm will whittle away some of the fluff.

This week is a recovery week from Cathe STS Meso1 with a mish-mash of various workouts. Then I plan to complete Meso2 for UB only (I have a knee injury so no LB traditional weight work). I plan to do Kaleigh Cohen's intermediate spin YouTube workouts for cardio and some pilates/barre work for LB. I'll slip in some core work, extended stretches and some mobility work.
