For those who practice, do you prefer morning or night? Iβm really trying to switch to the morning because thatβs when itβs supposed to be the best time to practice, but I also love my evening relaxation feeling, too. If I switch to morning, Iβd probably be able to get my other weight workouts done in the evenings.

I do it in the morning because it's a great way to start my day, and because I like to do it on an empty stomach.

I usually have a big cup of coffee in the morning.

Karla - my cup of coffee in the morning is a huge tumbler! Iβm really trying to get a more consistent routine going, but to do yoga in the morning Iβd have to be up at 4:30 π. That empty stomach is especially important as I age. Planks seems to be the exercise that induces reflux for me.
