Tantric Toning is a good workout if you're suffering from sciatica, lower back pain or just want to increase your mobility. It's a bit like Classical Stretch, Yoga and light dance combined. It's easy to follow and I'm very clutzy. This is not a toning workout; I consider it more of a therapeutic workout. The first time I did the workout οΌyears agoοΌ I thought it was a strange workout and thought I'd never do it again. Sciatica pain changed my mind. I'm being careful about what workouts I do until it goes away. This was a wonderful workout if you can ignore the instructor's ramblings and focus on the movements.
