Sorry if this has been brought up before, but after seeing a ton of ads for the app Lazyfit, I finally decided to install it on my phone. I think the workouts look like they are fun. I wanted to know, though, if I can use the Firm tall step for these or what kind of chair do you recommend? I think these will be challenging for me, as I have horrible posture partly due to my longer torso. Thanks for any advice anyone can give me.

I recently went out and purchased a folding chair (plastic, not metal because itβs lighter) for $14 at Lowes. I use this for chair yoga workouts because some of the exercises or positions require back support. I did try the Firm tall box, but it was too low to the ground and doesnβt have the side supports to hold onto. I looked at the lazyfit exercises and believe you might run into the same issue. The chair I ended up getting only has one support bar at the bottom legs and itβs high enough to get your feet underneath it.

I tried out the app yesterday. I was not able to get the chair workout I wanted to do-- it kept wanting me to get a free week trial followed by a weekly subscription. I was able to browse workouts and did a floor abs workout that was pretty good, but very long. I did it for some time before bailing with "only 35 moves left." There are some chair workouts in the browsing part, but I specifically wanted to do a core workout.
