I just did this Jessica Smith cardio from You Tube - 12-Minute Low Impact Cardio Blast - Quick, Quiet, No Equipment, Small Space No Jumping Exercise. youtu.be/QwiBrqPuHGsIt's a good choice for a LI cardio that gets your heart rate up, but isn't too intense. She has a good variety of moves. I also like the shorter time, easy to add in to your day.

This is a great waistline workout. If you're not used to working your waistline, I suggest not going as deep into the sidebends. Otherwise, you might be sore for days :-) FIGUREROBICS (FIGUREROBI)
