For all you barre fans, the London Method has put out a challenge on Instagram. Kelly is putting short 15-minutes classes available on her channel for everyone to try over the month. I thought itβd be fun to try, so I measured the body areas (dang, what happened? π) and with those shocking numbers Iβll measure when the challenge is done. Today I did the original warmup and upper body plus core. Random thoughts: For those of you that hate the hip hinge or have issues with it, the warmup will be tough. The workout she posted today is pretzel on steroids. Iβm scared, so Iβll try that one tomorrow. π€£
