I used to suffer from migraines on almost a daily basis until I started working on gut health. I previously posted what I take in an earlier thread. I very rarely get migraines anymore. Migraine Triggers & How to Manage ThemButterbur & Migraines Butterbur is very good for migraines. Ginger for Migraines I used to take Natural Factors 500mg Chewable Ginger at the start of a migraine. It helps immensely, especially if taken with butterbur.
