Thanks Dede :-) Those Cure Hydration packets look good, and they're reasonably priced too. I found one electrolyte supplement on the Seeking Health website, but they wanted close to $40 for a jar. I need to check out the coconut water too. I used to buy some at a health food store, but it was $3+ for a small bottle. That's too much for me on a daily basis. I hope my local grocery store has some healthy options.

I went into Aldi’s yesterday to get coconut water and some gluten-free bread. I grabbed the bread and remembered that they have the best frozen organic veggies for under $2 a bag. So I hurried over to scoop up the veggies and completely forgot about the coconut water until after I had gotten home 🤣😂🤣 BTW They have an excellent veggie burger that’s gluten-free and healthy. It’s vegan and doesn’t contain all the processed stuff that most veggie burgers have. I was surprised at how good it was. |

I appreciate your thoughtfulness. I'm vegan so it's not something I would use. I did find a NOW electrolyte supplement that I like a lot. It seems to energize me too, so that's a plus. |
