These competitions were fun to watch. Too bad they don’t have them anymore.

I used to love going to aerobics competitions with a group from my gym way back then. They were fantastic to watch and we all came away so upbeat and loving our aerobics even more.
Scott Cole is so energetic in that competition and so chilled and laid back in the yoga and tai chi DVDs I have of his. Chalk and cheese….. love his personality either way.
