I love fresh juices. I generally buy a raw juice drink at my local health food store. They are healthy and delicious. However, I couldn’t do a juice fast -even for a day. Have you ever done a juice fast? Does Juice Fasting Work? |

I tried it for about a week and it was hard! I made fresh juice with a juicer and it tasted great but it's not as satisfying as actually having food you chew. I also started having digestive issues due to all the (natural) sugars. I understand the concept and benefits of it, but I don't feel it's good for the overall health of our bodies.
