I was inspired by The Buns of Steel thread on VF to ask this question.
Do you have goal workouts that you save just in case you reach a certain higher fitness level? If so, what are they?
I have many Firms Iβd like to return to, the Buns of Steel, and then Tracie Yorktown workouts and her revolutions set. Many Cathe dvds also fit this category. Illariaβs workouts and some KCM Stepboxing are also waitingβ¦I ended up sick at the beginning of the year, started back too fast and began to have injuries start, so Iβve toned it down to try to build strength and stamina back ever so slowly.

Yes, I have several. Cathe's Strong & Sweaty, Muscle Max and a couple of others. I used to do them regularly, but felt my biceps were getting bulky, so I stopped. Muscle Max was one of my favorite Cathe workouts. I went back and revisited the Total Body Giant Sets and had to stop before I even got too far into the workout as it was too difficult. I would like to do it again someday.
I also have some Jari Love, Kelly Coffee-Meyer & fusion workouts that I would like to revisit along with some of my yoga DVDs like Tias Little, Janet Stone & John Friend. I've been gravitating to gentler workouts.
There are some that I've kept that I don't think I will be able to do again, but I keep them anyway. Maybe I should donate them. I don't think I will ever do the Firm Super Cardio Mix but can't find the heart to let it go. lol.
