I haven't made any real plans except to do more of TheFirm workouts. They seem to work best for me with my weight loss goals. However, doing the weekly rotation gave me a glute/hamstring area lift which I needed, lol. I don't know if it was from doing more Barre & Pilates. So one of my goals is to try to fit in more Barre and Pilates this month, to complement the Firm workouts. I will probably try another weekly rotation in September to use some of my neglected workouts. I like the variety the rotation gave me.
Do you have any plans for August?

I plan to continue my yoga sadhana and work through my other workouts with no general plan. Iβd like to focus on series so that I go through my many untried workouts. To start, Iβm going to complete the Tracie Core Movements series because Iβve only done a couple of these, move on to her other workouts Iβve not done in a while. Iβd also like to work through my barre collection this month maybe starting with P57.

I have zero ideas other than I'm going to work on getting more steps in every day, and get back to weight training. When I do both more walking and lifting weights, I tend to drop inches and I want to drop inches.
