Laura has a nice variety of boxing, step, cardio and stretching workouts. She is also a VF member which makes her site a bit more special. I love her statement about her channel, so am sharing it with you: "I started this channel with a different perspective in mind. Here, we prioritize health, strength, and well-being over societal beauty standards. As a certified fitness professional, tired of the overwhelming emphasis on appearance and the number on the scale, my workouts are designed to empower people to embrace their bodies at every stage of life, fostering strength, resilience, and confidence. It's not about fixing flaws; it's about celebrating the incredible capabilities of our bodies. Through a diverse range of exercises and intensities let's create a supportive community that encourages each other to focus on inner strength and health, rather than "perfection." Join me on this journey to redefine your fitness and build a positive relationship with your body. Let's embrace the joy of movement, strength, and vitality. Together, we'll grow a community where everyone can thrive, feel strong, and be the best versions of themselves. We're all in this together!" She has some excellent workouts, so I hope you will give her channel a look. Her stretching videos are very good too! Laura Wells Fitness

Thanks for sharing Lauraβs statement. I am new to her channel and very much like her attitude to fitness. I look forward to trying more of her workouts.. From the start her studio is light, bright and spacious which drew me in.
To date I have tried Sculpt and Define: Slow Speed Upper Body Drop Set 24 minutes. I loved the pacing, no frantic grabs for weights. Just dumbbells and a step bench with added risers needed which makes it easy to get started. I was able to go with heavy weights which I like. Lauraβs comments were very helpful . The music was good too. There is a lower body workout too which Iβm looking forward to trying. I have also tried Full Body Circuit Med Ball Cardio Challenge 45 minutes. This one was fun. I used a 2 and a half pound ball to test myself and not overdo it first time around. If Laura mentioned her weight choice I missed it. Exercises are done for a minute. Mostly blocks of four exercises repeated once. Hope I remembered that right. Itβs all low impact and can be done with a weight instead. I loved all the core engagement throughout. Laura gave helpful comments. No need for clock watching, the time flew.
