One thing most of us donβt exercise is our lungs. π« Deep breathing can increase lung capacity, reduce anxiety and help us sleep better. Take a Deep Breath. has some very good practices.

As a yogi, I'm always aware of and focusing on my breath and breathing patterns. 'Take a Deep Breath' looks interesting. I'm going to try a few of his sessions this week, after my daily yoga practice.
