I just discovered a Pilates Bar Workout Kit. I found several workouts on YouTube that look great -especially since my knee has been wonky. Has anyone here tried one? What do you think about them?

So, of course I have this gadget. π I havenβt pulled it out in a while. Mine was called a shark barre. I tried it a few times, but there werenβt workouts available. Itβs good to hear there are some out there now. I remember thinking the resistance not feeling βrightβ since itβs not adjustable for height and one size fits all. It felt extremely tough on some exercises and loose on others.

I'm giving it a couple of days before I start it so I can get used to it. Mine is adjustable and it's rather girly οΌwhich I likeοΌ because it has a padded sky-blue bar with pink and blue resistance bands. The pink ones are the harder ones, lol.

Iβm definitely not a Tony Little fan. π if your bar is adjustable, thatβs definitely different and an upgrade from what I have. Let me know what you think! I picked up my bar after seeing an instructor using it on Instagram, but bailed after trying it.
