Did this one yesterday, and I Sweated a ton even when modifying the cardio. I subbed chest flys and presses for the push-up section.

Did this one yesterday, and I Sweated a ton even when modifying the cardio. I subbed chest flys and presses for the push-up section. It's one of my favorites :-) The Firm Parts Tough Cardio Mix is great when you just want a cardio workout.
