I have a weakness for fried foods -even seasoning & frying veggies and potatoes before adding them to soups, lol. Otherwise, my diet is mostly healthy. I could cut back a bit on my portions. I started using smaller bowls for cereal and that works. Do you have a pitfall that keeps you from achieving your goals?

My husband loves to eat out. Itβs always a challenge to find something I feel I can eat at restaurants. Even with that, I feel like when I eat out with him, itβs definitely a setback.
