This month I'm focusing on doing TheFirm workouts. Hopefully the cardio & weights will slim me down.
I've been doing weight and cardio workouts on different days most of the time. I've also been doing shorter workouts since I've been planting like a mad woman.
I'm turning my yard into a food forest, so have been planting trees, shrubs, roses & been making a wildflower garden. I plant for butterflies, birds, wildlife and humans -pretty much in that order. lol

Iβm doing a HC and yoga rotation this month to build up strength.
Funny, Iβm working on a garden as well. Nothing high speed. Just a few bushes and vines, fruit trees, here and there. I flood, so thatβs always a consideration.
