I'm sighing with the thought - beginning to drag on....) + dog walk Mon 3 = dog walk Tue 4 = Cathe - STS - M3 - W3 - 32 Plyo Legs + dog walk Wed 5 = dog walk Thu 6 = Cathe - STS - M3 - W3 - 33 Shoulders, Biceps, & Triceps + dog walk Fri 7 = Samantha Clayton & Garret Amerine - Be Fit In 90 - Phase 1 - Day 7 (Fat-Burning Cardio + Cardio MMA + Sports Stretch & Flexibility) + dog walk Sat 8 = Cathe - STS - M3 - W4 - 34 Chest & Back + dog walk Sun 9 = dog walk Mon 10 = Cathe - High Step Circuit, on the Bosu Tue 11 = Cathe - STS - M3 - W4 - 35 Plyo Legs + dog walk Wed 12 = 2 hour dog walk, as it was SO lovely to be out. 60F & clear/sunny/still. Phew! 8 - Cleaned house; two hours of walking at Goodwills 9 - Rest Day 10 - JS Summer Session Total Body Cardio Sculpt (AAP) 11 - JS 360 Abs (Walk Strong 1); 95% of Back Pain is Caused by This (Bob and Brad You Tube) 12 - JS Summer Session Total Body Circuit 38 Minutes (Strong & Centered); Ten Minute Stretch (AAP); 4 Best Hip Flexibility Stretches (Man Flow Yoga You Tube) 13 - JS Summer Session ABC Routine (AAP) 14 - JS Summer Session Pilates Fusion Sculpt (AAP) 15 - House Cleaning 16 - JS Summer Session Dynamic Stretch (Total Stretch) 17 - JS Summer Session Total Body Tempe (You Tube) 18 - JS Summer Session Interval Cardio Kick 19 - Rest Day. One Sided Low Back Pain Relief! 22 - House cleaning 23 - JS Summer Session Pi-Yo Flow 24 - JS Summer Session Total Body Short Circuit 5; Annie Pilates How to Correctly Get Rid of Piriformis Syndrome for Good 25 - JS Met Con 3 26 - Improved Health Walking HIIT, first half. JS HIIT for Beginners. 28 - JS Yoga Sculpt; went up north to the mountains to visit family; much cooler than the desert! 29 - JS Recover and Release, the Sore Muscles Routine; early evening walk in the neighborhood 30 - Another 30 Minute afternoon walk in the neighborhood. 31 - Rest Day. I drove home and unpacked and cleaned.

I prefer the whole month in one post & edit to add as it gives me a feel for people's patterns of workouts - like I can see, you (Leonana, since it's only us so far this month), can see mostly Jessica Smith along with functional fitness. Love that you add those days like house cleaning & helping your DD move - daily life stuff.

Thanks, Helen! When I saw your post, I thought it made more sense to do it that way. It seems a bit easier too. I count house cleaning, because it wears me out, lol.
