Great article! I suffer from constipation so I take magnesium citrate every day, but may consider adding one or two of the other forms to my supplement regimen to reap their particular benefits.

Youβre welcome! I didnβt realize the importance of magnesium until a couple of years ago. I was surprised when I started checking multi- vitamin/mineral supplements and realized most only have a little or no magnesium. I find that odd. Boron is another mineral most Americans are deficient in and itβs not included in most supplements.
