Iβm wondering if anyone does foam rolling and, if so, do you notice long lasting results like increased flexibility, reduced pain, less inflammation?
The vidiot in me recently bought two new-to-me foam rolling videos. I have two foam rollers Iβve only used with a Karen Voight video.

I do foam rolling from time to time but unfortunately not consistently enough to see results. Hope you have success with your programs.

I do foam rolling from time to time but unfortunately not consistently enough to see results. Hope you have success with your programs. THIS I really need to do it a few times a week. My hubby rolls out his back about once a day and it helps with his back pain. He as degenerative disc disease and has back pain due to that. But rolling out 1-2 times a day just for a few min really helps. So why I'm not doing it for my general aches I don't know
