I watched the clip. His strength is impressive! How I wish I could do a beautiful Dancer's Pose. I always end up looking something like an unbalanced origami crane.

I just did this series on Udaya a couple weeks ago. It was a good program overall (I enjoyed Water the best) but would I personally spend money on the DVD set with the intention of doing it multiple times? No...but that's just me. If you have any specific questions about the program or want to let me know what other instructors you enjoy, your current level, etc., I may be able to better determine if it would be a program that would 'click' with you.

I actually didn’t buy because even on sale it was more than I could afford AND a kind VFer offered to send her thumb drive copy to me. So hopefully I’ll get to try it soon! |
