Today I found 3 Yoga Burn DVDs strangely enough 1 in each of 3 different stores. I donβt know much about these workouts and there is not much information on the covers. One of the DVDs looks like not much yoga. It will be interesting working through these.

One of the DVDs looks like not much yoga. It will be interesting working through these. Zoe Bray Cotton is the instructor. I'm thinking that the one that doesn't look like yoga is Yoga Burn. It's very tough -except for the tranquility flow. If you're more beginner or intermediate, you might want to start with one of the monthly sets. The Restorative Yoga monthly is great for relaxing. I usually combine a restorative practice with the Yoga Nidra Meditation one very stressful days. If you have the Kundalini Yoga set, don't do practice 1 on week 1 first. Unless you like doing a lot of frog squats. The other practices are more doable. I enjoy my sets, but still haven't done all of them. I hope you like them too!

My aim is to start gently if I can. I havenβt yet physically looked at the programs but Iβve been reading some comments about them. All I know is I have a set of peach, a set of navy and a set of light blue. Other than that they are confusing.

However, the Tranquilty Flow is easy and relaxing. 2. Navy (Total Body Challenge) is 2nd. hardest except for the Bendy Band Flexibility training. It's a short (under 15-minutes) stretching practice. 3. The light blue is one of the monthly practices. It's probably the easiest place for you to start. If you look on the front cover, at the bottom, you'll see the month and the type of practice.

Scored a Kathy Ireland's Advanced Sport Fitness DVD. I love the older workouts, and I'd never seen this one.

I enjoy going thrifting and try to find workouts for me friends that like to workout at home. Please let me know if there's something you've been looking for, so that I can keep an eye out for it :-)

I happily found Yogalosophy today until I got home and read the VF reviews. Not sure that I want to do a workout where the instructor uses profanity. I will try it at least once because people said they thought it was a good workout. They just didn't like the profanity.

I tired that one when it was endorsed by Jennifer Aniston as being The Greatest Yoga Ever. Umm...nope! Did not resonate with me at all, and it wasn't just because of the profanity. I simply did.not.like.the.practice at all! I'll be interested in your feedback, Karla.

However, I found a Tracy Anderson 9 DVD pregnancy workout set for $2 today. One of my toughest ab workouts is her post pregnancy workout. My abs were sore for several days afterwards. Her pregnancy workouts are short and I am looking forward to trying them.

I wouldn't think a post pregnancy ab workout would be terribly challenging. What type of exercises does she do that fried your abs?

I wouldn't think a post pregnancy ab workout would be terribly challenging. What type of exercises does she do that fried your abs? The workout is heavy on ab work with a lot of variations. I didn't realize how hard I was working until the next day. It's the only workout that has left me with sore abdominals for days. Tracy Anderson: Post Pregnancy Clip
